Refund Policy

At Custom Supplement, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality custom formulation supplements. We understand that occasionally circumstances may arise that require a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your options.

 

Damaged or Tampered Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or has been tampered with, please contact us immediately at sales@customsupplement.com. We will gladly provide a refund or replacement for the affected product(s). In order to process your refund or replacement, we may require photo evidence of the damage or tampering.

Non-Refundable Deposit: Please note that a 50% deposit is required upon agreement of purchase for custom formulation supplements. This deposit is non-refundable. Due to the nature of our business, this deposit is necessary to cover the cost of purchasing ingredients and initiating the formulation process.

Refund Procedure: To request a refund for damaged or tampered products, please contact us within 14 of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 of approval.
