1. What Is It?

Creatine HCl (hydrochloride) is simply a creatine molecule bound with hydrochloric acid.

As a standalone supplement Creatine HCl has been shown to increase muscle cell volume, promoting an anabolic environment for increase muscle size.  

Creatine HCl has been shown to have superior properties to other forms of creatine, specifically Creatine Monohydrate, due to its superior solubility and pH alignment with the human digestive tract.

2. What Does It Do?

Creatine HCl increases the synthesis of a compound called Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP). ATP is the body’s primary source of energy for the phosphate energy system; the energy system which the body uses to power short, sharp muscle contractions and other anaerobic exercise.

Creatine HCl allows your muscles to contract with more power for an increased number of repetitions, increasing your anaerobic exercise capacity.

Combined with a sensible diet and workout regime, Creatine HCl therefore allows you to train harder, for longer, and stimulate more muscle growth, resulting in an increase in muscle strength and size.

3. When Do I Take It?

Unlike other forms of Creatine, Creatine HCl does not require a loading phase. 

To take advantage of the performance enhancing effects of Creatine HCl, it is best taken consistently on a daily basis. The most efficacious dose is a single 1-2 gram serve first thing in the morning on non-workout days, or immediately post-workout on workout days. 

Creatine HCl can be mixed with water, or with any other beverage, and consumed.

4. How Long Does It Take To Work?
